PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We accept the debit cards and all major credit cards including Switch, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 15%.

DELIVERY
We aim to despatch orders the following working day (Monday – Friday), subject to the item being in stock. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.

OUT OF STOCK
If your item is temporarily out of stock we will advise you by email and inform you when new stock arrives.

SPECIAL DELIVERY
If you require an order to be delivered urgently or on a specific date, please telephone or email us with your details and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Overseas orders are welcome, and postage will be charged at cost price. Please contact us for a quote.
All taxes and duties incurred once the shipment has reached the destination country is the responsibility of the customer.

FAILURE TO ARRIVE
Please notify us within 14 days if your order fails to arrive.

GUARANTEE
If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.  The item must be unused and retain its original labels & packaging.
Sale items are not returnable or refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please include a copy of the invoice and state the reason for returning the item and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
Return postage and packing cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part.
We recommend that you return items using Recorded Delivery with a proof of posting,  as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
When returning items for exchange an additional postage charge will be required to resend the exchanged item.
